When someone said "up u 9 points", how do they determine how many points to up and how to know that? When I up someone, I don't even know how many points I gave them.

If someone has 250 points and 5 power, what it all means?? What are the benefits of the points and amount of power? Thx!

the other party needs to have a rep power of 9 before he can 'up you 9 points'...you can tell his rep points and rep power by looking at the right corner of his post.

i will take yours as an example..

it basically means you have 100 rep points and rep power of 1
you will be able to add 1 rep points to others
