I've booked for 6 nights stay at Harmoni Suites from May 11 to May 16. Room rates has drop significantly, under $300 on Agoda. Wish i can enjoy to fullest on this trip.

There are still some FL in Batam. They do travel from city to city. Make sure you catch them before they leave for other cities.

Going to Batam from 13th to 15th May.
As of now, PCR test if you've not been in Sg for more than 14 days, so PCR for me.
Booked room at Aston Batam, $120 a night, pay when you arrive.
My contact in Batam has told me that almost everything is open in Batam now, but still slow. He believes things will pick up after fasting month is over, which is perfect timing for me.
No test required to return to Sg, just proof of vax and SG arrival card declaration.

I think coming back sg no need to do anything already right since we are vaccinated?

From what I gathered, following is needed.
- ART (within 24 hrs of departure) / PCR (within 48 hrs of departure) - SGD 30 / SGD 88
- Download peduLiLindungi app
- vaccination records from https://www.notarise.gov.sg/
- book ferry (online available) - SGD 80
- get travel insurance + covid coverage - SGD 28+
- book hotel - amount varies
- own activities- amount varies
- from 26th Apr, no PDT needed returning to SG.

Cost of traveling to Batam won't come down soon and ferry service will still be limited since Harbour Front Center remain close and fuel price is more likely to rise further because of madman Putin.

If I had to guess, your case will likely fall under the "PCR required" group for PDT.
Since you are not in SG for 14 days.

Those recovered from memo seem to no need PDT, but will kana PCR upon arrival.

Online mentioned to be Rp 300k, which is cheaper than SG. Just saw one of the clinics around me is charging SG 125 for PCR test.

Yes, looks like you need a PCR PDT for your coming trip to Batam. Well, let's hope the Indonesian Authorities lift the PDT testing following the examples of other countries in the region soon. Cheers.
