The difference is clear and simple.

Ah Hao was detained and investigated for the murder of the little gal. The little gal's corpse was found. A motive was also established. Therefore it is not circumtantial evidence.

The gal was raped and had made a report on it and in the course of investigation revealed that she is a FL. The case being investigated is RAPE and not Sociliting In A Public Place.

The primary objective is to solve the Rape case and not whether she is a FL or not.

If someone confess that they had rape a gal but the victim(gal) and evidences are not located. How to procceed with the charge?

Therefore your lack and understanding of the Law is pretty clear.

But bro I remember many years back in the early 70s got this guy who was convicted of murder even though the gal body was never found...I think they say he dumped her somewhere in one of the islands and cash out her insurance after that...so in this case..isn't it also circumstantial when they convicted him becos no body means no evidence???

Don't get me wrong me no legal eagle just a curious blur sotong...

Bro, you are right. The case you had mentioned occurred in the 1960's. Her body was never found.

Firstly, the man was arrested for suspected murder, he did not admitted to it. Secondly, the insurance policies were purchase a couple of weeks before her murder. Thirdly, by cashing out her insurance policies, there is already a motive for murder. If I am not mistaken, the insurance payout was 500K, a very large amount at that time. These are not circumtantial evidence but concrete evidences.

now whenever you get charge with any offence, yr blood , dna will be keep as a record .. so whatever repeated crime will lead to u if you do it.. hiaz
