Hi,
The hc business concept and management team proposal has been revised taking into consideration some of the suggestions by like-minded bros. For obvious reasons, cannot reveal this here. Currently talking to an owner of an existing hc that I'm interested to invest in but talk still very much preliminary stage. After talking to him, there is much more than meet the eyes in this business. Some of the proposed concepts may not pass thru' the local authorithies.

Like I said, even if you pass thru" the authorities,there will be many more hurdles and "problems" which cannot be solved legally.
Suggest we all go and support Bro Banana friend at the Global event to see if you can buy 200,000( 200K) Malls for $1 each. I not greedy one, buy 2 enough but MUST be without any liabilities.All these seminars only after one thing , YOUR MONEY!!

You are very practical in your business approach. Yep, you are right, even if you can cross the red tapes, there are many issues to tackle and if you are a bona fide businessman, you really have to think carefully the impact of your entrance to hc business on your family, friends, and your current career/business. One has to evaluate his/her own situation.
Maybe, as you suggested attend the Global seminar and perhaps learn from the masters how to own a hc businees for $1 w/o liabilities! Never mind if you have to paid to attend as it will be worth it if we all can pick up $1 shopping mall leh. See you at the seminar.

Bro Zack, I am very practical because I have went in a lot of ventures, even with proper and good proposal, everything back to ground zero when some hiccups occur. If can just treat it as bad investment neber mind,but sometimes have to pay more money to close it up. Wise Up Bro Zack,treat me to Coffee and u learn more things from me than going to the seminar.

i have another friend will be talking at the seminar too about how to travel around the world for free.

i can tell u many many more true stories but i think i will be wasting my time. until then when u walk into another dimension of life will u experience what i m talking about.

my intention of posting in this thread is to help bro with his proposal and make it work. i m not here to challenge anybody or trying to win in the TV show "apprentice". i m here to share my experience so that bro here can make less mistakes and be more sucessful.

we walk the walk and talk the talk. i have given u facts and testiominals to prove my words. it is ur belief. if u think u cant, u cant.

i m disappointed that u guys make a joke out of the $1 mall. it only tell me how shallow ur life experience are.

i wish for u my friends that we all will walk out of the rat race and live ur dreams.

Ok, so tell us more about your friend's sucesses. We like to learn. Most of us would like to live our dream but few have the guts, the temperament, the oppotunity, the capabilities, and the resources to do so.

just want to contribute to your business proposal to make it a success. i m having my sabbathical break now so i do have some time to spare before i start my commitment writing my book. trying to make my time useful by posting here.

in fact i do know some bro here have experience in this trade but didnt reveal themselves. i will leave it to them.
