One day, a plain-looking man came with a pretty-looking OL (Office Lady)to the LV store in Causeway Bay ( Hong Kong Island ). He chose an LV bag worth HKD 65,000 for the OL. When it came time to pay, the man took out a checkbook and wrote out a check. The salesperson was hesitant because the couple hadn't shopped there before. The man discerned what the salesperson was thinking and he said calmly: "I sense that you are concerned that this check may bounce, right? Today is Saturday and the banks are closed. Let me suggest that I leave the check and the handbag here. When the check clears on Monday, you can deliver the handbag to this lady. How about that?" The salesperson was reassured and gladly accepted the suggestion. In addition, he waived the delivery charges. He promised that he would personally make sure that this gets done. On Monday, the salesperson took the check to the bank. The check bounced! The irate salesperson called up the client, who told him: "What is the big deal? Neither you nor I have suffered any loss. Last Saturday night, I went to bed with that girl already! Oh, by the way, I thank you for your cooperation." This story reveals the nature of the sub-prime mortgage crisis. When people have high hopes for huge future returns, they lower their guard about the potential risks. This pretty girl thought that the HKD65,000 LV bag was going to come home on Monday, and so she lowered her guard. Therefore, she believed that her investment in the ONS (=one night stand) was worth it even though it was based upon huge and highly uncertain risks. Investment companies are great with packaging high return (but high risk) deals. The stock speculators are like this pretty woman. As such, they deserve to lose money. Without people like these, how are people going to make money from the stock market? As for the media and the stock analysts, they often play the role of the LV salesperson.

haha my turn to share one of my experience ya... hmmmm i am new to fl at tt time... i see ppl talkin abt KC la etc lol...i never tot it would happen to me.. but i think i am already KC knnccb liao wahhaha....
As usual book a girl and went down to find this girl. It was her 1st time here and i was her 1st customer... i am really new to the industry also so when i see her she see me i was like what should i do...cause usually the girl will serve u ma...so tcss la lol and i realise she dont know much english omg... and my thai is limited to Sa-wa-di-kup lol but i am really attracted to her naa lets not make it a FR lolx... so as the story goes small talk here and there i get to understand she hear from friends she beautiful so la so come singapore make money good la etc... so she come lor but she Regreted coming....and say she wouldnt come back liao... actually i dont believe her story la how can u say u never work in this kinda line before and u come singapore 1st time to work as this n u still can agree and wan to come lolx but den seem quite true kinda coz she got no education and so back in thailand she cant really work much ar pay very low so she has work in KTV etc back in thailand and the money is good. after she spend sometime here and money start comin in she say that she think maybe she will wan to work this again lol she say money good she wan save money buy condo la....i was like omg tot she juz say she dont like to work this juz maybe 1week ago? but i guess the money is too good liao as compare to bangkok. as i say i was kc i spend damm alof of money to meet her la etc and she say la i am her bf la not same as other customer ask me not to come find her la save money den also work save money den buy condo together la =.= i was like omg but ok la condo back in thailand is quite cheap compare to singapore haha anyway she went back liao and we still call la sms only i can sms her la she dont know how to type english lol any opinion? haha true story ya

Recieved a call from a PRC two days ago. Apparently, my Hangzhou girl (who is back in China) gave my number to her and asked her to 'take care' of me !
Today went down to the KTV where she works, to meet her. Wow, quite a chiobu ! Sigh! Sigh ! Sigh! I am going to be busy and tired again.
