JIN YU SPA at 13 Opal Crescent. Ruby is very money faced. Gave a lousy piano massage and request for more money for extra service, $60 entrance for 1 hr, $150 for HJ only. Cannot bargain at all. Please avoid this shop.

Might as well go GL PRC legal house, $200 net 1 shot... no bargaining nonsense, the wl will shower you from head to toes, and give 1 hr solid cosy experience
What for risk going to these landmines and get a heart attack when they quote you these chop carrot prices
Actually at first was 150 then I nego down. But seriously 100 for hj plus the entrance fee might as well go other joint for fj and cheaper also. This shop really must black list them

Sorry guys I wasn't very active in SBF, just entered not long ago, here are my True Review. From my own experience, I tried Ruby Vivi Yuki, HJ only at $50 quiet standard only, touchy a bit more but I try before only $80 max no pricing too over as the post. Have been a regular to the shop since then, seems like all the rubbish issue of overbooking have been resolved. Coco wasn't there anymore thou was tempted by some BJ post but saw 1 post about unhygenie which is true also. My comment Yuki big breast I thought is fake but its real, ruby is damn pretty and young but very shy at start cos she don't speak chinese well at first I also thought she dao or haolian, Vivi really know how to do professional 抓根 (different from HJ) and very chatty, I read alot of the bad post by Oliveraa & Proxt then I happen to check their past post, seems fake, they use to promote that shop and Coco to be good, then now talking shit, heard from internal stories they use to be promoter of the shop then now being fired maybe. Sorry if I'm wrong but just trying to find true review rather than ppl attacking shops cos they r paid to do so or cos of their own grudge, why I started to suspect is when I read back past post I'm curious over 1 question, why u all say the shop is scam shop but u keep going there to try?

Super bad management. Booked ML but when i reach, ML not in the shop kns. Still need to wait for more than 30 mins as ML taking grab back. Wasted almost 2 hours for a hour session.

I personally tried this place out and it was not a good experience at all. Pretty sure you are a fake reviewer out there hyping this place up. Created a new account last month just to post this? Hahahahaha
Sharing my review of this place, it’s a complete scam. Thenrose I got was 70% different from picture that I honestly Dk what I supposed to expect. Expensive and massage was bad af. Then still ask me for review like Kena scam then review the scam. So here it is.
Agreed this place is a complete scam and bloody expensive.

My friend went to walk-in and got a massage. Set his phone in voice recording mode. He is preparing to sabo. There should be a raid coming soon. Finally goood riddance to this scam shop
