if PT reopens... still will be same batch of OKTs.. as of operators.. maybe 50/50

The process in wining GE2024 is in motions. I had a feeling. RLD might back in biz in 2022. It is not change and, put in place things 3 mths b4 polling day. Re opens RLD guarantee 4 votes out of 10.

Meanwhile. We reflect on rolling good times.

If PT reopens ........ there will only be 2 houses left.
I think some houses may have given up coz they did not renew their paperwork with cantonment. So far only 2 houses have done so while no sound no picture from the rest.

This mark the 1 yr RLD shuts down for biz. I am confused. Why is there a rise in local community case? Although the nos r small. Could it be a % of RLD back in biz?
