My budget for hotel is less than S$100 , and if possible location which will be easy for me to look ceweks.

still havnt confirm on the itenary yet.
but maybe try something different instead of;

reach batam -> check in hotel -> eat bak ku tea -> visit joint
-> back to hotel -> winsor food court -> KTV/Pacific -> hotel.
That boring leh..

Will think and find new fun in batam

Well choices are limited beside eat, bonk, drink. Unless you wanna be social worker go there give ang pao to those "beggers" in Batam (If you can find REAL ones) Mandi lulur is another option, foot and body massage the norm, can find those with suana and hot cold pool relax abit. (Like Jkt Travel hotel). I used to enjoy going Batam for hair cuts and wash the big head before taking care of smaller head. But if want decent hair wash, better not go those chain salons.
