For me i cummed very quickly during the first 2 to 3 months because of the increased sensitivity. My fiance understood the reason so no problem. Now more than 3.5 years later i would say our sessions last 5 to 8 minutes on the average excluding foreplay (yes i keep time).. So my answer to your question is "no" because my hotdog head is still sensitive.

I share my experience done 2 weeks before
I did in JB, Malay Doctor, price rm350 only. Normal knife cutting,No need appt, on the day itself can do. I didn't go through this forum fully, after cut only came to know different types. He did loose and low cut, ferunulum not removed.

Healing process normal, no ointment, jus take pain killer and antibiotics for 4 days and clean with solution for 2times. pain wise, first few days annoying. bandage still on for 3days. After 3rd day my head start to bulge up, then I removed it. I went for work from next day, also hard job. Needs to walk most of the time. I walk like duck sometimes. I tried putting cushion while wearing underwear, it's helpful. After one week not much pain, now 2nd week totally no pain, erection good. waiting for another 2 weeks for test drive.

My q here, which is the right cut for long time stand.ferunulum must need to remove when doing the cut? Can i go for recut, if means when can go? Or no need for recut. Any other suggestions

Went for circumcision at Mount E under GA. 5th day, morning erection cause me to bleed. Den today (7 day) use Bactroban got burning sensation. The gland behind my head is sibei sensitive. Worse than the head. I very depressed. Y use Bactroban will have burning sensation one. Every night go sleep, I also scare, later erection den bleed again. When will this ever come to an end. Bros, can anyone help me.

Went for circumcision at Mount E under GA. 5th day, morning erection cause me to bleed. Den today use Bactroban got burning sensation. The gland behind my head is sibei sensitive. Worse than the head. I very depressed. Y use Bactroban will have burning sensation one. Every night go sleep, I also scare, later erection den bleed again. When will this ever come to an end. Bros, can anyone help me.

Dun use bactoban.

you are already on antibiotics. should be more than enough to stop infections.

i recommend trying to remove stitches some time later when the wound settles. do not do it now. especially when u are still bleeding.

Doctor can control this, I would recommend scar as far away from glans. this is called high and tight cut. most of the inner skin will be retained and only external skin remoed as much as possible.

This gives both functional and aesthetic benefits.
