For bros who are trying without any success, hopefully this can help:

Go to notarise.gov.sg to get a PDF of your vaccine cert.

You should be able to download a soft copy of your vaccination dates, type of vaccine and serial no. which you'll need to key in the MSJ app.

Take 3 screenshots of the QR codes, one of the 1st dose, 2nd dose and 1st booster shot and upload them in order. Previously I uploaded the entire document but didn't work, another bro told me to just upload the QR codes.

Isit the offline QR code? with the (EU DCC)? That QR code not working though but just submit? Got the certificate as per your instruction.

Yes that's what I did, the one with the blue tag in the middle of the QR code.

HV spa is located at Holiday Villa hotel.
GP spa is located at Grand Paragon hotel.
They are 2 different spas.

Can i check if the Malaysia customer officer check your app or document for vacinnation status when (chopping the passport) at the counter . If traveller by bus or walk to custom ?

CIQ immigration no changes from pre-covid times. Procedure is same as last time. Scan finger, take photo, chop passport and you are good to go. Was never ask to show phone or MSJ app.

due to the massive jams over the weekends, the bus arrival area has stopped checking for the app vac status.
not sure if the immigration officer will check or not but don't be surprised if they ask for it since fully vac and the app are few of the requirements to enter the country, so the officers have full right to ask for it.

but there are rumours that by May, the app could be scrapped by then.

Hot pool, ice pool, sauna room & canteen all same same just like 2 years ago.... except now no more ice-cream outside the pool area.

Btw did you see the new boss of HV spa? that day i went, had some issue trying to find my malaysia mobile number, heng he step in tell the new staff no need so mahuan. from outside see like a regular client/uncle but actually he's the boss.. very friendly. wasted never get his contact number so that future can call and booking.

Just to update. Yesterday I went in for the first time since 2 years never go in liao. My status is unvaccinated but I am vaccinated. The apps didn't update my status yet. So yesterday I took the bus in didn't drive in case I am not sure my touch and go can still use not and I don't have VEP. Yes, u are right my status is unvaccinated, I don't have VEP nor touch and go card. I only fill in my traveler and then try going in.

I did manage to cross to JB within 30 minutes if not for the stupid delay in taking the bus to custom. Buses don't go custom anymore instead they go custom train station.

So at the custom. they don't check the apps. Vep I am not sure, my touch and go confirm expire and I got a new one and they ask me to go to a touch and go center to transfer the funds from my expired card over. One thing I must say is they are really tok gong. In city square and some drinking places that I went, they request me to scan the app but in other places no. After scanning, my status shows low risk and not vaccinated. I showed it to them and they wave me in. I was preparing to show them my hard copy and explain is the apps status nia and they didn't even bother as long as u scan.

I believe most of those manning the scanners dun even know the purpose for scanning. I ever ask 1 security at the mall the scan is for wat? He look at me blur blur and reply dunno. He was instructed to make sure everyone entering the mall must scan but never told what to check for..... just scan and enter.
