For me:

Guys must not have a tummy nor be too scrawny.
Doesn't need to be toned though.
Must be taller than me which should be easy (I'm only 168cm).
Must be clean i.e. showers regularly.
I'm not too bothers about size of his tool: Must have a sense of humor and know how to use it.
