There's always a risk especially when you're abroad. Can't access your link so unsure the exact location but I did have a similar experience. Met a part time freelancer on Tinder and agreed to meet at her place, a condo with predominantly Chinese residency.

Truth be told, I was afraid of getting ambushed or robbed but fortunately all's good. In retrospect, I should have invited her back to my hotel instead but it was fun chilling in her house the entire day.

You should go to the shop first, if its good you can ask for telegram or book them for outcall, but abit more expensive than the ship price.

Some hole in wall places are known to steal your money. Too many scams on outcall. Most hotel massages offers hj but the massue might not look good. Best to go bar street and go back to your own hotel room to be safe.

Please advise what currency are frequently used in PP?
US dollars or Cambodia Riel.

Both can be used equally. If you use bigger USD notes to pay for small things they will at times return change in Riel because it allows for smaller denomination than 1 USD.

I would advise not to keep too much Riel because you don't want to end up with too much Riel because you can't change it for other currencies outside Cambodia

I went to mustafa money xchange today and to my surprised, they dun have Riel. End up I change all to USD.

Yeah haha the Riel is not recognised by international countries. If you're planning to take a tuk tuk (by cash) from the airport then its good to have some low denominations usd with you, can break in SG or in the airport shops. But if you're taking Grab no worries.

Have fun in Cambodia. Careful with your phone if you're taking a tuk tuk at night. I got mine snatched a couple years ago while I was in a tuk tuk along the riverside at 2 am xD.

Money changer do accept SGD here, most places now also accept credit cards too, but yeah it's good to carry some USD
