Wasn't in shock with this defeat.

But I'm pissed with how they ball watch to let Mickey van de Ven just ram through in style...and he started the move in his own half.

This is exact carbon copy of the build up to the Twente goal !

To make things worse, Dalot was a shade too slow letting Brennan Johnson get in to smash in the goal.

There will be arguements over the red card on Bruno, but let's face the facts....the pussies were totally being dominated by Spurs in all departments.

But I do think Onana was a saving grace, if not for him, it could have been another 7-0.

Looks like this season is worse than the last one.

The new players are total rubbish...maybe only Mazraoui can pass.

vomited blood last nite, here are some thoughts:

- when Son was missing from spurs lineup, i thought man u chances of a win increased cos he is spurs biggest threat. boy was i so wrong, man u was so poor and self imploded. they weren't in the right frame of mind, sluggish and had no desire. this is deja vu all over again circa OGS final few mths in charge

- 1st goal conceded, almost every outfield player is at fault. why was van de ven allowed to slalom all the way? why nobody took one for the team to check his run? why dalot stopped tracking johnson's run just outside the box? what was he trying to prove when he raised his arm after spurs scored? dalot must be dropped until he wakes up his idea, his attitude is so wrong when defending. how many goals were conceded on the flank he's at? kns siah

- it was so strange that the understanding betw the players all went out the window yesterday, rashford garnacho were expecting each other to take the ball and it went to van de ven instead. man u tried to play out from the back against spurs high press but lost the ball so many times, misplaced pass many many facepalm many many as spurs kept man u pinned back. its unbelievable that man u allowed spurs to cut thru their midfield and defence at will

- then fernandes tried to commit the tactical foul and got sent off instead, from then on, it was uphill battle as spurs had the upper hand and never let go

- ETH is at blame too, why so tactically rigid? why must die die play out from the back every time? why can't go direct? why cannot experiment with 3man defence with 2 wingbacks when defence so porous? ETH cannot just keep shaking his head when his players cannot execute his game plan. FFS alter his game plan to counter opponent style, and find a way to bypass opponent high press when playing out from the back obviously dun work

- 2 tough away games akan datang, will the players have no shame, continue to play poorly and still get paid fat salaries?

As I recall now, Eriksen was robbed off the ball in this manner as he was hesitating who to pass to and Sam Lammers seize that moment of indecision.

Botak's infatuation with this style makes him bring in players who he deemed as ball-playing. But ball-playing in fast paced EPL???

All the players he brought in was shock as they find their "ball-playing skills" are only good during training and street soccer with small primary school boys. There just isn't any time to hesistate in EPL. It is suicidal.

Already tell u all n all the managers not to play from the back all the time, maybe once in a while ok lah but u all mai thia...die die want to play out from the back, the GK n his defenders in front of him playing masak masak kicking the ball to each other n in the process got intercepted n robbed of the ball by the enemy attackers around them ready to kick the ball into their net once they manage to get the ball when they make a mispass...the GK shd always give the ball a strong powerful kick to the other end of the pitch frightening their GK n defenders there n make them panic n scramble for the ball, then with only 2 strikers standby there, they hv a good chance of winning the ball n putting it into their net easily....bopian leh everybody also don't believe me, wat to do ??

As regards to their fat pay they shd introduce the performance based type of renumeration as we normal workers r paid ....basic salary + results incentive or bonus meaning everybody is paid the same basic salary....more than that they hv to prove by their performance on the pitch....in this way they cannot Twang or skive n dive openly n get away with it scot-free...tiok boh ?? ...agree kee chiu...otherwise they will think whether I play well or not or score or not, I will still be paid my full salary, so why care whether the team win or lose ??

something is wrong with ETH game plan when opponents score goals which are similar, ie dribble down man u right, cut back to pen spot area or cross to left side. either ETH never tweak his instructions or the players bochup his instructions despite ETH amending it

playing out from the back won't work against high press, but think it can work vs opponents who defend deep. retain the ball possession to draw the opponent out, and the 3 attackers need to keep making runs so that the playmaker can find the killer pass
