Having read the posts from other bros in here and in other threads, I start to realise (after looking back at my experience) that some WLs drop their service level after a while if you haven't tipped them.

For me, I have never tipped them. perhaps I wasn't smart/alert enough to sense it when they subtly hinted it during the sessions or show their gifts on their WeChat.

We don’t have a tipping culture here in Singapore and Asia in general… so, no, I don’t tip.
I nearly wanted to tip L8H43G20… the last time I got a chance to go to Geylang… but I held back.
Don’t want to encourage WL starting to expect tips….

I don't want to encourage it either.
But I did give a big ang pao to a WL once before she RTC, but not inside the house immediately after the service.
