I just experienced something similar. Did cowgirl with ML (only one position) with cd on and after I came she continued to ride for a bit before getting off. Then I realised that cd was off and sticking out of her vagina.

Given that only one position and I could see the cd sticking out I doubt it slipped out and there was unprotected sex.

Is that a risk?

Dated post but just want to share my experience that might be helpful for people

Condom slipped. Can’t be exactly sure when, but most likely after cumming and turned flaccid. The tip of the condom was just at the tip of ML’s vagina.

Whether this is a risk?

Definitely yes, is it big? I think no, given statistics quote 1/1200 or 1/2500 (depending on source) chance of insertive partner catching the virus with unprotected sex with a HIV positive partner

So, for my case, my partner must be positive and the odds are 1 in 1200 or more. Even if she is positive, it depends on viral load. And she might not be even positive at all, given known HIV positive SG Citizens and PRs are only less than 8000 alive, translated to 0.2% or 2 per 1,000.

But still, recommend bros to get screened. It’s never an overkill to be safe. And that’s what I did

Prescribed PEP, and will go back for screening in a months time.

Will come back to post my experience if there is interest

I was in the same situation as you. I read up on the actual risk of transmission, even the doctor told me it’s highly unlikely. End of the day still took PEP for the peace of mind. As a bonus, after 7 days of PEP, you are effectively on PrEP for the rest of your course, so can happily continue to RAW haha.
