Hi bro, I would say that you do not need to be fluent in Japanese to engage and connect with the jap/JAV girls. Being able to speak Japanese definitely helps, but it is not a deal breaker if you don’t.
You can try to learn and understand some Japanese words such as kon'nichiwa (hello), kimochīi (feels good) and watashi wa iki-sō (I am going to cum) so that you can communicate with the girls and build chemistry with them.
