Another way is, get a game console and be addicted to that. Better if you like RPG type of games. Sometimes too bored at work, I keep reading Frs and MR here until I tempted, after work cheong GL or find ML.
After I got a Nintendo switch and a couple of games, free time at work become reading game FAQs and watching game tutorials. Finish work, go home cheong game.
It's really a money saver for me, although still got ML msg me to support, I managed to ignore and continue play game and no reply then.

Me too bro. I usually pcc then release liao can tahan 2-3 days then I will go back to checking which spa to go lol. In that 2-3 days I will usually do my usually activities to keep myself occupied

Maybe after got a GF or a FWB, you won't be gg to spa so much becos u don't have energy/money to chiong.

Currently, I chiong together with waxing, which is once a month. Also I think if your body less tired frm work, u chiong less too

A gf is a viable solution.
Another way is to save up the money to chiong overseas.
That is one of my regrets, have not chiong overseas, 95% in sgp.

I think TS issue is not loneliness, more horny than lonely.
Exercise, as mentioned by other samsters, can help lower testosterone and also maybe pick up other hobbies can distract ba.
In my situation, gaming helped me a lot. If lonely, can try play those team games on mobile like MLBB or MMORPG. Got community in these games. Can interact with other players.
