What I know is SG will only take action on confirmed cases for overseas underaged sex.... meaning you were detained or reported to the authorities of that country. SPF will then liase with that country's law enforcement agency for any information or investigation files. They may conduct further investigations upon your return to SG.
Sometimes they may also initiate investigations even if no reports are lodged if they receive information or come across videos of underage sex involving SG citizens even though the location is outside of Singapore.

Not unlucky but stupid..... want to play but dunno how the system works.

Actually more than 100+ were in the OKT's contact list including some very prominent VVIPs..... but many were streetsmart and knew the lobangs to avoid getting charged.
Some of those that got away include a DPP although he lost his job but better then get charged.... another is Iswaran "good" friend but he had an ex-SPF commander as his PA who managed to untie the knots implicating his Boss in this case.... though surprising that a billionaire also go for such cheap FL.
