If you intend to chiong few days in a row, yes. Can try 10mg per day, every pill lasts at least 24hrs, but effects not as strong as sildenafil.

One of the many side effects, and side effects are strong in the first few use, your body kind of gets accustomed and less side effects in future use, speaking for my own experience. I wouldn't say its something to be concerned about unless one has heart issues. Well in singapore, you do have to visit the urologist to get prescribed sildenafil though.

I bought Sidegra 100mg at one of the pharmacies along the roads at a normal price so i think should be real. I pop one but didnt feel much effect. Am i taking it wrong cause i took it after meal? Does it affect that much?

It's supposed to be taken before food as its effectiveness is reduced with food.

That's true. Empty stomach is the best. I prefer chewable type. The effect is fast. Crack a small piece and put under your tongue to dissolve. Bitter sweet.
