I feel as one gets older, with more experiences under the belt, there would be a saturation point or change in desire.
No longer looking for lets just fuck sex, but more emphasis on feel/connection or whatever.
This forum has already discussed how to quit a lot of times in a few threads.
But end of the day, even with SBF, there is still geylang and some other girl looking for guys adverts thing.

Quit ? I did not quit, I just wanted something different, and paid could no longer satisfy me.
