She had connections with the local head police which were also doing such investment so i thought it was a decent idea. Told me she will return the money after. Well...the money really did went into paying that debt but nothing came into fruition because she quarrel with the only person that had the resources to help build it.
Another was she needed some botox and a nose job for an interview to work in Philippine as a Card dealer. She told me it's the interviewer's requirement to be accepted, not her choice which i had my doubt. I outright refused because i think she looked fine and it's considered non-essential to me. Next thing i know, she got into and accident at her home because wind blew and her front door slammed into her nose which broke it xD. Guess what? Already at hospital with broken nose already. Thailand do have pretty good coverage for healthcare so payment for medical quite ok for thai so paid the bill for her. But nose still broken and abit off, which is considered under cosmetic which their government do not subsidize. Told me this job is really good, which pays a decent 22000thb a week and does not have to be in the FL line again which is what i wanted for us too. Can slowly pay me back the money she borrowed for the land and nose. In the end succumbed and paid for them because I already invested so much. She did get the job and work in Philippine, we still talk when she was there. But when I started to probe on how much she can return me monthly, she ghosted me.
Painful lesson....both heart and my pocket. In chinese, the saying is 高级的猎人往往以猎物的形式出现 Learn to cut your losses, do not put in more money to try and recoup your losses.
Now when I look back, can't help but laugh at my own stupidity.

We learn from our mistakes and its ok. My advice to people who fall in love with an FL/ML/WL, please stop and forget. Otherwise if you really want her like I do with my lady. Then reverse the trap that she made. Drag her to the trap. How? I can't tell how because there's no standard blueprint for every girl. But one thing I successfully managed is make her cut everything in the past together with her accounts deleted. Now she relies on me alone and we both look to the future. Flushing money is not easy and we have to take precaution for ourselves. Love should be the foundation for a relationship, not money.

We're still far away from that. Settling with a former WL/FL/ML has many factors to consider and we have to fit in everything. So far the love part and our past lives is manageable already. I can still feel that her guard is still up especially when she has a huge network of friends who work on the same line who keeps whispering into her head. Annoying. Next in line is where do we settle? No matter how rich or glamorous our lives back at our home countries many of them still prefer to stay in their villages or at least nearby and its a hiccup for me. But still working it out.
