Where to get $10 notes?

The issue is that a lot of places charge figures like $130 or $140, and I find that I never have $10 notes, which is annoying because then I have to overpay abit extra if I only have $50 notes and they don't have small change (I sometimes also paiseh to ask for small change hahah).

Any good places where I can get $10 notes in bulk?

Most ATMs have plenty of $10 notes and not sure why you cannot get...

Is there an option for you to withdraw everything in $10 notes like if i wanna draw $200, i'll get 20 $10 notes??

I had a few incidents claiming no small change of $2 or $10

I am not so generous and I just walk out if they have no $2 or $10 change.

Same if the massage pricing is $88 and you have $86 only, do you
think they absorb $2 less ?

Yes...at every branch outside hv those few atms can withdraw any $10 $50 $100 denominations...

Those shopping complex atms can withdraw $10 max 4 pcs...but can do 5 times and get $200...

I still hv plenty of $10 new notes...I change frequently but hardly use finished...

Go to kopitiam first and buy a drink with a blue note, they will return you 4 red notes and misc.

That's exactly what i'm doing now and it's honestly a pita... I'm just asking if there's a way for the atm to dispense the smaller $10 notes instead of the usual $50-$100 notes.

Oh i see.. would have been great if we can get everything in the smaller notes without repeating the process multiple times.

U have to withdraw 40 at one time so 5x for 200

Make ATM withdrawals like 90 or 140 or 190 etc. like that confirm at least 4 red notes come out

I actually go to the ATM and withdraw the exact amount I need, rarely have this problem.

Otherwise.. always keep a stash of $50s and $10s with you lor.

DBS has purpose ATMs (called BTMs) at their branches - the ones inside their premises that do deposits and withdrawal and are accessible for users even when their branch closes. These have an option when you do withdrawals to specify what denominations. When withdrawing, don't choose the amount example "$200", Instead choose "Withdraw money" > "Other amount" and you can specify denomination and count. All withdrawals are subjected to daily card limit and machine availability. Used it many times to get Red packet money and small denominations for kids.

UOB ATMs will give you an option to choose the denominations that you want.
