Hadyai Mansion/Clubhouse for bros! Is this a good idea?

I had stated in my earlier posting ( on page 1 ) that we should not BUY the property but instead lease it on a 2 + 2 years or a 3 + 3 years lease.

I had also mentioned that we sell 'time-sharing ownership' to members and that the room rental rates for members should be cheaper compared to non-members. Whoever stays in the rooms should be charged - otherwise it would not be fair to those who seldom use the rooms/facilities.

I agree that the Clubhouse/Mansion should be run like a business.

Lastly, I wonder how serious is Bro TD0620G in his proposal. Has he started any background work already on this project like eg location, cost of monthly rental, furnishing, housekeeping & maintenance, etc

Anybody did any ground work in Hatyai to survey the location, rental/lease price, maintenance/housekeeping charges, etc ?

Or is that 'proposed project' just a lot of 'HOT AIR ' ???

Are you really very keen on this project, if you are how much would you allocate monthly and how frequent do you wanna use the place. Should met up there and discuss. I would be there from the 12th-15th and also from 24th-27th this month. Try to met up with us for further discussion....
