Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

You won't get caught by bringing her in and out of Malaysia unless by ur wife.
But don't think they will extend her stay here in SG, unless you bring her to somewhere further.

lets say if we stay at jb for a couple of days, will it increase her chances of extending her stay ?

she told me that when coming back to sg, the person might bring her into a room and question her for a few hours. Will the person question me too ? wat should i say if he question me ?

sorry for asking as this is my first time doing this and a bit scare

Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

nothing will happen to you even if they bring her into a room for questioning, just tell them she is your friend. The ICA people will probably warn you and tell you that such practice is not right and the girl should go to Lavender ICA for extension. just act blur and look apologetic. if you intend to go in by causeway must get visa first, if you enter via Tuas, there is on the spot visa. a lot depends on luck but do not expect too much, 14 days is the max and only if you are really lucky. good luck.

Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

From a friend who know about the system. The advise is no,the market rate for bring a PRC over the strait is about $150. But CIA are very good in their data base. When ever you move in and out of the strait or in the contry, they have every detail to track you down. therefore who know what they can do to you next.
At one time when my friend and myself were going pass the strait, my friend drop his passport in the coffeeshop after coming back, we were surpise the police can call direct to his handphone minutes after he drop the passport even thought he remember he had never give the number to any of the the goverment sector.
This is a very small country, so watch your steps........

from what i know, if this PRC girl is not blacklisted by ICA due to some offences, you should be ok. Let's say, she has committed some offences and now ICA finds out or she is using fake identity, then you will land yourself into some troubles...

Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

I would advise you to consider asking your PRC friend for more information, about her... If she has used fake identity into S'pore, or kena reprimand in S'pore before, then you will be drag into the mess...

You will have some explanation to do for the ICA officers...

It all depends on your relationship and trust for her..

Better be safe than sorry. They may have multiple passports, or blacklisted, you'll never know. Don't get implicated as an accomplice.

On the bright side, you get to bonk for 2 - 3 days while overseas, so it's quite nice. With a Singapore guy beside, the girl may get longer extension.

Brother, how good are u with her? cos u might get into trouble when u bring her back into spore if she had problems with ICA before. other than that, both of u most probably be called into ICA office at causeway. The officers will ask u who she to u.Your name will be recorded in their records and if the lady were to get into any trouble with the law,u might be involved.give a thought about it.

Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

Once the prc is out of SG and she coming back as u-turn, checkpoint got the power for not allow her to enter again even she got visa. Or reduce her stay to LESS than 14 days and NO more extension will be given. Dun play with the laws! Working without permit is offence, helping is included.

Re: bringing a prc out and in of sg

Dear Brother,
I advise you not to do that as you do not know her background, and as some of the brothers have said, she might have some trouble with our ICA. She can pay around $150-$180 for an agent to do that for her.

On the number of days on the extension resulting from this kind of U-Turn case. There are many possibilities, in the order of lucks:

1. Extension of 14 days.
2. Extension of 7 days.
3. Extension of 3 days.
4. Extension of 3 days with a stamp which says "Leave Through Airport" next time.
5. Questioned by officer and ends up in trouble.

My 2 cent worth, and the above are based on hear-say. Please forgive me if there are inaccuracies.

Regards.
