A non-scholar civil servant collapsed into the lap of his girlfriend while taking the MRT train this Friday evening.
Fellow commuters in the same cabin who saw him collapse said they were certain he was a non-scholar civil servant working in one of the ministries or statutory boards.
One commuter, Mei You Li, said: “This kind confirm is non-scholar. So shagged because he works the hardest and still on the lower pay scale.”
This analysis was confirmed by the man’s girlfriend, who had to prop him up on her lap.
The men’s girlfriend, Ta Hen Lei, said: “My boyfriend very poor thing, work in his office with all the scholars.”
