A Taiwanese friend recently shared these same photos (received from his friend) with me, saying these are “new arrivals” at a KTV in Huanggang, Shenzhen. He didn’t think it is true since he has visited the area near Huanggang many times and these MMs in the photos are of much higher quality. So I guess these photos have been floating through the cyber space.

Qingyuan is a town about an hour by bus north of Guangzhou, very popular with the locals during the weekend. It’s famous for its hot springs, one of the resorts is known to the center for the national football team during centralized training. But better BYO if you want to enjoy the company of MMs in the hot springs (especially good during the winter months) since the regulations at the resorts are somewhat more “formalized.” And there are quite a few BBSs in town – the most famous one being “Area 3” near the near Qingyuan Bus Terminal. Most decent KTVs are at the 3 or 4 stars hotels in town, and charging 1-4-7 although a couple “up-market” ones is known to charge 2-6-10. But not all KTV MMs here will go out for after-hours amusement, although many can be “persuaded” – so best to tell mummy your requirements to avoid disappointment. MMs here are definitely more raw and unskilled – kind of training ground before moving south to Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Zhuhai I guess.

QY is also expected to see increasing number of tourists after being designated “Home of Water Rafting” by the national tourism bureau recently. So be prepared to see many local tourists – indeed, most of the water rafting facilities (most are natural but human-enhanced for “safety” reasons) will be jam-packed with people during weekends in summer.

When in QY – make sure you try the famous “Qingyuan Chicken” (well, the real chicken) that I reckon is as good, if not better than our Hainanese Chicken. So good that it is actually one of the dishes on the national banquet menu. Indeed, very often I’ve more enjoyment with this dish than those from “Area 3!”

Bro Sino, actually QY not too shabby for old fart like me lah! I enjoyed the “teaching sessions” and also can take a break from MMs to visit the tourist attractions nearby

For the BBSs in Area 3, the price is actually RMB 150 s/t and RMB 300 (if you take MM after midnite) & 400 (if you take MM before 11pm) for o/n; yeah between 11pm and midnite is kinda “grey area” – you can negotiate. But of course everything is negotiable. However, remember that in QY “o/n” mean “Dao Tian Liang到天亮” (when the sun rises) – and you know what time the sun rises? 5am – yes, 0500hrs! That’s why I would not recommend o/n and for me, unlike some young studs, the most I can do is really 2 bonks between midnight and 5am. So, I rather do two MMs s/t at my own pace, without being woken up at 5am – after all, so many MMs so little time mah…..

Also, another thing for brudders more familiar with CP to note is that the BBSs in QY (and also many other towns in Dongguan) open only around 5-6pm and close at 5am – which may perhaps explain why the MMs want to leave at 5am. One MM told me her mummy will lock up the shop and she will not have a place to sleep if she did not get back before 6am; I could not verify if this was true. Nevertheless, if you have the mummies’ tel#s and taking note of the names of the MMs of interest to you during your “walkabout” the previous night(s) – you can always call any of the mummies for “delivery service” by mid-afternoon. However, you may have to be prepared to see the MM arriving with both hands still rubbing her eyes to stay awake, without any make-up! Well, can try to wake her up while you are having an appetizer before going out for your main course （清远鸡of course） in the evening, hehehe!

There are certain perculiarities with the BBS and KTV scene in Qingyuan that once you master how to work it into your advantage, I think Qingyuan would be quite a nice playground.

I stayed in QY for 3 nights, I have had 2 girls from the BBS, both are quite good, in terms of looks and attitude. The 2nd girl that I had is absolutely a gem!! Only complain is that she had unwillingly had to wake me up at 5am in the morning.

For KTV, not all girls will go out, but then, there are some who will. So the strategy is, since the sit down fee is RMB 100, you can get 2 girls to sit down with you, 1 from the "can go out" category, the other from the "can't go out" category, and depends on your skills to see if you can sian the "can't go out" to go back with you. Rumours has it that eventually, if you manage to sian the "can't go out" category to go back with you, the feeling is a bonus plus plus. Your capital investment is RMB 200, which is the same as getting 1 girl to sit with you at Amazon anyway. :P

Unfortunately, my personal experience in the department with KTV girls is somewhat, discouraging. Got the girl to go water rafting with me, it was fun. But she was a very "principled" girl, who told me that "I won't do anything that I am unable to answer to myself" when I ask her to go back with me...


Pros and Cons of QY
Pros

• BBS still relatively unexplored, high potential in getting really good GFE.
• Many other scenic sights and routes. Recommended summer activity - water rafting (make sure you get 1 girl to go with you else much better than getting your guy buddy right?) Recommended winter activity - hot spring.
• Good food at reasonable price. Restuarants with good ambience too. Highly recommend the Qing Yuan chicken, is REALLY GOOD!!!
• Relatively reasonable hotel prices. RMB 80 - RMB 120 (promotional rates)

Cons

• Some of the KTV girls are spoilt, due to overly raised expectation after being consistently exposed to some spendthrift foreign clients.
• Awakard "go back" times of the BBS girls. This issue I believe can be ironed out in time when the market forces demands the houses to change their rules.
