Out of favour Transport Minion No Lui revealed on Monday that Quantum Mechanics do apply in transport fares. He postulates that fares are likely to go up in the coming years but they should stay affordable for the average commuter.

Akin to saying that the regime can have its cake but eat it too, or that a cat can be dead and undead if you lock it up in a room.

No Porn Lui said this in Procedural that the regime government fully accepted the Copenhagen Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics by the pro-regime Fare Review Sex Committee (FRMC).

In particular No Porn Lui is pleased to announce that the two new concession schemes – one for low income workers and the other for persons with disabilities is a subtle application of Quantum Mechanics and more importantly, to be funded by poor peasants.

The Public Transport Bastards (PTC) will then apply the new fare formula, derived from Copenhagen Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics. The tough job is to explain to peasants why poor peasants must pay for poorer peasants but expect transport service to tank south over time.

No Porn Lui urged the PTC to consider using the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics Defence, if entropy always increases, so do Peasantpore style price hikes!!

To add a quantum mechanics twist, fare hikes must increase but stay affordable, meaning fares are either cheaper or more expensive but you will perceive the reality when you start paying.

The minion also said it was likely that PTC’s will sarpok fare hikes by next year as peasants are still fuming over the crap transport infrastructure.

Meanwhile, No Porn Lui said the poor peasants should pay poorer peasants fare, if they believe in Quantum Mechanics or Ruler Loong's concept of helping the poor by taxing them.

No Porn Lui also said that the exact quanta of discounts must be in discrete small packets or the poor peasants will howl and moan.

In addition, since poor peasants are paying for pre-schoolers and students, including those in Polytechnic schools, he has meet his KPI to save money for Ruler Loong in 2013.

He also acknowledged the “unhappiness” among peasants with regards to the transport service levels in the country, but state that Quantum Mechanics also claim that some peasants are happy with transport service levels and demand for fare hikes.

However, No Porn Lui said that the whether the transport cartel cocks up or not, peasants must be resigned to paying more despite suffering crap service, a queer concept in Economics but acceptable if you are a communist who love Quantum Mechanics.

If the same logic applies, then fat cat minions like him who screw up should still deserve their undeserved million dollar stipends.
