Irony in NTUC union leaders
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
ST wrote:" NTUC's central committee, the highest decision making body, has lost the presidents of the union representing transport and electronics workers. One was retrenched from his job and the other was ousted in a union election. So much for unions in Singapore; one could not keep his job and could not keep himself from being retrenched; the other has lost his mandate and the confidence from his very workers has entrusted to him.
