Tanjong Pagar residents will find students knocking on their doors to spread the message of being gracious and the importance of keeping their estate clean after a survey found these blocks were among the most "anti-social" blocks.Lim Yi HanThe Straits Times Sunday, Jul 28, 2013 This is part of a move by the Tanjong Pagar Town Council to improve on the cleanliness of the neighbourhood.
