No offence on the $$$ part, since different ppl have different values. But from the perception of maximizing your bang for buck (hehe!); the following tips as guidelines:

I presume you would already know their KTV rates are such XX/YY/ZZZ
XX= sit down rate in KTV
YY= ST short time (i.e. 1 shot she goes home irregardless of location)
ZZZ= LT long time overnight rate RMB1000 ~ 2000

NOTE: since the ZZZ usually RMB1000 ~ 2000 upwards overnight (in GZ might be more expensive), where you can start your pricing from. KC her and make her understand with a few things like hotel, food, transport, tourist entrance fees (borne by you) while you use the ZZZ rate to "bao" her basic rate time -- technically she is like on vacation working trip, so give and take.

Who knows, your KC is good that she might even give you discount, muahahahaha! Since with the basic expectation of her basic rate need is already covered comfortably...

My bros do it in CP hopping different KTVs with the same gal over the entire duration of stay with the ZZZ rate plus plus (tips) each time -- you can practically see them glued together every meal, every cheong, even massages (couple room), shopping etc.

To TS, it seems that you are looking for a social escort rather than just a nite's sexxion (which has a standard rate in KTV). 3000 by my estimates is for the whole trip, easily 3 days 2 nights or 4 nights if she is staying with me as i attend to my business.

Yes. She is in the late twenties. Its a matter of convinence. I am not familar with the scene be it KTV or FL in GZ and i seriously think is a hassle to travel to CP for bonking.

You may compare the rates you pay with others, however you saved
the cost of visiting Ktvs, trying to build a good rapport cost time too.

So, paying alittle more or less, giving some gifts, will not make you a robert,
Or a miser, as long as you enjoy her company. Rather during your conversations
with her, try to know her expectations, will save lots of trouble later.

This place has lots of funny characters insisting other to follows a standard

is depend on what she do back in China, if she's still working in ktv and earning 2k a night in GZ, your 3k for 2-3 night seem not enough. But if she is not working in ktv or similar trade, think 3k should be ok. If she feel not enough I believe she will give some signal to you.
