Are there any herbal, vitamins and healthy food that are good for man to help recover our body and those energy we lost after sex?

i usually used Redbull or other energy drinks to boost endurance...

but i introduced Saw Palmetto supplements to my 50+ yr old uncle for his prostate issue, end up he say its his herbal Viagra liao lor... i now also taking daily.

I've always been taking multi vits with some zinc components. It should suffice if taking on a regular basis.

take some zinc supplements...tt shld be enuff..and most multi vitamins for men is gd enuff, i think..even GNC's is ok.

TS - Juz go to GNC,there are stuffs that i take daily liked Mega Man & ArginMax...And if i have time,i'll have my favourite Black Chicken Soup located at Geylang Lor 21 next to the car park ( closed on thurs & go before noon or else no seats or wait 30mins !

But after consuming all these,U need to regular release or else...damn horny !!!

I dun like GNC's stuff, cos the staff dun know their products, and 80% are all chemically produced with no long term studies, no details about where the source are from...

1 batch of Redbull was pulled of cos of trace amounts of Cocaine, but the test results could not be reproduced in same batches using independent labs. Anyway, i dun drink it often.
