Introduction

'Eh intern! You busy?' a voice broke the silence in my area of the office.

'Err.. No.. How can I help?' I replied.

'Seems like I am the only one left that hasn't treated you lunch in the team, you free for lunch today?' he asked.

'Err.. Yeah.. Can can.. Let me know when its time to go' I smiled.

It was the second week of my internship, I was quickly picking up on the office dynamics and what was expected of me. Ever since I entered university, I have aspired to become a corporate girl, and I finally got a taste a of it when I starting going for internships. I enjoyed the 'lifestyle' - getting to dress up, doll up, put on heels, and feel the male gaze as I walk by. I might be delulu but I liked it, it felt like validation.. of sorts.

'Lets go Claire!' a familiar voice returned awhile later

'Okie! Give me a second..' I saved my work and gathered myself.

I thought to myself for a split second
'Should I do it? Should I not? Fuck it Imma do it'

Knowing that he was standing somewhere behind me, I turned my chair's backrest to the side, pushed my ass out a little and bent over to 'retrieve' something from my bag in the pedestal. I knew he would have seen my VPL as it would have been as clear as day. And I wasn't wearing granny panties that day

'Ok lets go' I stood up.

I caught his eyes looking at what I wanted him to see. Mission accomplished I guess. I followed behind him as we made our way down the lobby.

'Anything you want to eat?' he asked.

'Hmm.. I am fine with anything.. You choose! Since you are paying... right?' I teased.

'Hahahaa.. Of course la.. Everyone else treat you, if I don't treat then no face to come back to the office leh.. ' he replied.

We finally settled for a korean restaurant which was quite a walk away from our office.

'So I heard this is your final year? Started sending resumes already not?' he asked.

'Hmm.. Not yet.. But likely to be applying for the program here.. Hopefully can get!' I replied.

'Oh... Should be ok lah.. You can intern here means grades should be ok.. The chances of them picking someone from the summer intern pool very high' he comforted me.

'Must be study very hard in school right.. but you look like party animal leh' he observed.

'Me? Of course studied la.. Where got party animal.. hahaha.. look only..' I laughed.

'Sure not? No boyfriend?' he questioned.

'Hmm.. Not really boyfriend.. More like situationship?' I replied.

'Wah.. Your generation and mine not very far apart but you guys way more liberal ah..' he commented.

'From where one this guy' he asked.

'Oh.. From my previous internship lor..' I replied.

'Wah.. Means I also got chance?' he joked.

'Hahaha.. Maybe lor.. Why? You like me ah?' I teased back.

'Oi don't anyhow say hor.. Aiya but you shouldn't have trouble getting a boyfriend one lah..' he laughed.

'See lor.. Every guy think that way that's why till now I still in situationship I guess.. Game theory you know? Hahaha' I joked.

The conversation went pretty well but I wasn't sure what I wanted out of it. Am I gonna lead him along? Or will there be a climax to whatever we are doing? It was only the first time we had lunch one to one but I was really curious about how far I can tease him. It was true that I was in a situationship, but how much does that count?

'Ok ready to go? We go get gongcha before going back' he suggested.

'Mmm! Ready! Are you ready?' I asked.

'Ready? Duh.. If not I ask you for what?' he looked confused.

'To look at my ass again lor..' I stood up immediately with a smirk.

I looked over my shoulder as I walked past him and there he was, head turned and slightly red faced, looking at my ass.
