there's many carparks in sentosa that is almost soulless after dark. there's also no distraction at the beach area, can pump at those pavillion without fear of getting notice.

some hawker center also soulless after 2-3am ktv session. can pump on the tables or benches, no need worry about detection as long as not noisy.
