Not really. HDB prices are steadily climbing now due to the shortages of bto flats. Today HDB reported that a main con in charge of 5 bto project had run into financial crisis and expected delays. It's a good time to sell actually. Plus, new less than 5 years HDB is extremely rare. I bet you can find any in resale market now.

Bro Shrouded, i really enjoyed the the whole story, it took me 4 days to finish it. And i can feel the sadness as the pages goes. And from what ur story said, it felt to me that Ann really cares about you. Although she does have a sex addiction. But.. but.. it looks like she is trying to get better for you. The spiral and sex staycation started when you left, could mean she is sad and does not know how to cope with it, and turn to what she always does. Having sex to run away and disappear to run away from the sad emotion, it could mean that she is really really sad that may want to leave. EC works the same way.

In your assessment, can J take over the liabilities of servicing the loan for the EC? At the end of the day, any decision will be driven by the answer to that question.

Yes, J's situation is messy and technically all these are none of your business but if you have some idea about J's financial capability then you can more or less guess what her next move will be. This will also prevent you from being caught unaware when she finally pops you a question about her future with you.

1. I throughly enjoyed reading your life diary. I would like to congratulate you on finding out what you truly wants and if it’s really your true feelings, then every single thing that you are willing to do is worth it.

2. I’ve been down your path years ago. I waited for my wife to settle with her ex husband and today, we are very happy in life. Although now, she had to take care of her parents back in S. Africa, we are still happy and video call every night. But I really wished I could fly there to be with her now as soon as this COVID situations gets better.
