Went to the room, she look decent la.
So ask her how much and she quoted 50. I agree since she look rather decent and nice. She as for payment as per normal petain procedure andI paid her the $50 as per normal.

H16R11 Pat denied this incident ever happened!

I was not able to clarify with H14 R11 Candy as she was not working when I dropped by..... however I did get to speak with the OKT who informed there was a customer with extra large tool which the WL cannot accommodate and offered to blow out instead of FJ. As for the no refund..... it is stated in the set of guidelines given by AV to OKTs on handling disputes that the customer is entitled to a refund if no services had been provided and the WL has not undressed. However, if the WL has undressed and is already naked and viewed by the customer inside the room, it is considered as deal done and the WL is not obliged to refund the customer. Also the WL reserves the right to reject the customer at any stage of the transaction if she has a valid reason not to continue with the transaction.

The OKT in your incident decided to settle so as not to blow up the matter as this is a small issue...... but you would have been on the losing end even if you had reported it. These may be WLs but they also have the rights to a safe and decent working environment.

Finally, when you come out to cheong..... do look up on the protocols of commercial sex as defined by the Singapore authorities...... as with everything else in Singapore, there are certain do's & dont's when dealing with commercial sex....... it does not mean that just because you are the paymaster to the WL....... you become her Lord & Master and can do anything that you want.

I was browsing the archives and came across this case which pique my interest as it was similar to an incident that recently occurred in PT.This happened many years ago in one of the since closed down houses (I shall not reveal the house or room number as the WL is still working in PT).

This WL accepted a customer and collected payment from him after he entered her room. They both then stripped down and the guy went to piss at the basin while the WL put away the money into her drawer. When she turned back to face the customer.... she saw his lower half was full of rashes and his dick and groin area had sores. She immediately told him she did not want to do his business and asked him to leave. She was prepared to refund him even though she was already totally naked..... but he refused to leave and claimed that since she has accepted his money she must complete the job. She refused and an argument arose. The WL tried to push the customer out of her room and he grabbed her wrists upon which the WL screamed and her colleagues & OKT came to assist her. The cops were called and all went to give statements....... AV did not take up the case after interviewing the parties involved but referred the case to Tanglin Police Div...... the WL was sent for medical examination which revealed slight bruises on both her wrists and no other injuries.

However the police proceeded to charge the customer in court on 2 counts of using criminal force on a woman & outraging the modesty of a woman. The customer was convicted and sentenced to 3 months jail.

This case shows the AV is not as heartless as often claimed and does protect the interests of the WLs when necessary. They may be strict at times but they need to be as there are rules and guidelines which need to be adhered to by both the WLs and the customers.

I am not passing any judgements at all on the brother who posted, nor on the WLs, but i had the experience of having been serviced by both Pat and Candy on a couple of occasions each, and i would say that both offer good service, and seem unlikely that they would resort to such a thing.
