In my view:
1. Your fr already shown interested in your gf, so you know he has the intention if given a chance to get your gf.
2. Your gf may like your fr as a good fr, so although she set the rules, rules may change by herself, what can you do?

Honestly, think most guys have code of ethics. No hanky panky with your fren's gf.
