I have good suggestion and a good location at Jln Sultan 81. Place are new and price the same recep friendly. Only negative point is parking problem. You ethier park at sultan plaza, textile plaza. Plus point is they even hace bath tub in some of the rooms.

Cosy 81 (inside keong siak street) is $20....

Hotel 81 staff sometime very sia lan.Heres a story.once i was doing the deed wif my ex at my regular joint in town,before 2 hr up:

Ring ring!
Staff:In a very ah beng rash tone:Times up times up
Me:extending.
Staff: okok.

Continue my round then ex felt asleep.


After 45 min.

Ring Ring!

Staff:This time more loud rash & rude:sir times up already,no more extending!
Me:Piss by his tone:Why?

Staff:u already extended 1 hour already(as if like its my fault to extend)you got 10 mins left.put down phone.

When check outne guy staff & one lady staff at the counter

Me:are u the one who call me just now?
Staff:ya why?
Me:can u please explain to me why do u say that there is no more extending since i already extended 1 hr?

Sometime just got to give it to them.we consumer are so nice yet they talk in those attidute. but of course there is also very polite 81 staff .

I just went K81 a few days ago. Entered, pass the guy at counter my id and $20. Was told $30, then I ask how come $30, last time was $20. Told me price increase already. Immediately I told him I dun want room already. Think he also a bit bo song. Then I went over next door fragrance to try my luck. Heng got room. Ask for 2hrs, was told $20. Only complain, the malay trainee guy very slow to give me the room card. btw, room very new, got 2 packs 3-1 coffee, 2 packs of mineral water, etc...

The fragrance hotel beside kovan 81 ..the rm seem like no sound proof. Can hear many sounds outside when in the rm.

Any other nearer hotel beside k81 n fragrance dat is in north east area?

when L81 last thur still SGD20 leh only non member SGD30 have a chat with the counter staff they say price nv increase leh.

i went on sat afternoon n its 20 bucks.

Both H81 n Fragrance hotel does not have sound proof, tested n proven...

My best memory is the hotel at opposite sim lim whereas u have rooms at 1st storey, heard girl screaming like mad while i was at the counter taking room

Usually frequent K81 but after hearing so many post about it decided to try try Fragrance instead. Actually both hotel also same same; but Fragrance have to wait for a while for the room. Nowadays pocket not deep enuff therefore Fragrance will get my $.
