Warning!!! For ppl coming during the wet season.
Bring your gumboots. If raining heavily most streets will be flooded. Bring your rubber boat. Please check weather report on your departure day otherside you will be extending which is not so bad I guess. Good luck!!! |

Re: Cambodia Phnom Penh Nightlife Discussion
Tuk Tuk earn around $15 to $20 but if a very good day can earn up to $30.
All depends if their customers are locals or foreigners and also depend on their location as well. |

Re: Cambodia Phnom Penh Nightlife Discussion
So these tut tut drivers earn about, on average, spore$600 a month. Not bad. I ask this to understand the standard of living in their country. Also from here, then i also know how much to pay these tut tuk drivers if i pow them for a day.

I remember once I went back to Hanoi to work n entered thru HCMC custom and brought along a about 10 original DVD movies to watch. My bag went thru the scanner n the officer pulled me n asked me why bring DVDs, I mentioned for my own to watch at home... he said need to confiscate. After a few words exchanged, he shown me 2 fingers n opened a drawer..... I am surprised full of VND inside. I dropped 2 pieces of 100k VND and he let me off. No one in Cambodia insures bike.
