I guess the woai shd be hoai which means continuously.

My guess:
I take your money which time (hồi) but you told your friends I take your money continuously. I love not right person.

Con trai singapo xnn. Con trai ma lai xao hon. Con trai Vn xao nhat.

But they love ppl xao nhat.
