I recalled not so long back, i was walking towards the carpark at Changi Airport T3. Got a SQ Air Stewardess and her man was walking behind me. They made a comment about me so loud `So big , so fat and still walk with a limp' and was giggling away behind me. (i am walking with a limp now after my major spinal operations almost 2 years ago as my nerves are affected). I just ignored them. As we reached the car park, i took out my car key to unlock my car from a distance , the guy said `knn, he driving a new merc E250' and when i looked at him and the air stewardess, they are driving an old Nissan Latio. What i am trying to say is that, do not place so much emphasis on a person's appearance.

First part, i don't really agree. If one is so addicted to vb , even after having a good viet gf, i will deem that there will be lots of trouble in the relationship if being found out. I used to be quite hooked up with vb when i was in staying in VN, but my marriage life wasn't very happy. Often, there's suspicion, doubts and arguements. But now, i don't get involved with any other ladies, i find my marriage life fruitful, blissful and happy. My wife and i are very much involved in doing business and family.
Second part, i agree totally. A true vietnamese life partner will stick with you even when you are not handsome or not rich, or even in the worst of health. My wife has been with me for nearly a decade, from the time when i was damm poor, we worked hard together. Even when i was laying down in FV hospital in Vn, my wife stood by me. Although she can be unreasonable at times, but marriage is about endurance and giving in. I reflect on myself sometimes too and realise that i am also unreasonable at times also. But a marriage should never be built on looks as it will never last. As for wealth, i think we should provide stability to our family, this is our basic responsibility as a husband and father. Need not be rich, but stability is impt.

she would go to her friend wedding dinner or buffet function and after or during the dinner or buffet,she will packet some for me and take back house for me to eat.I ask her she not shy meh.She say why shy,is for my husband to eat and ppl finish eating already which is leftover food.Some of her friend joke or suan her,but she say she dont care.
My sister was suprise cos there was once she go BBQ with my family at chalet,she BBQ some for me to eat as i could not go.My sis was suprise when she ask her is for who.She told her is for me cos she worry i later go home nothing to eat
