I'm not 2 tech savvy so, i dunno if say a particular place has free wi-fi, is that applicable 2 all nationals. Perhaps u can enlighten me somemehow.

Free wi-fi in Johor bahru, I know are places like Starbucks, Delifrance cafe, Secret Recipe. Wi-fi spot is available at 1st floor Duty Free Zone.
