The admin team does not have to monitor, i always pm them the names of the violators (ie the spammers, trolls and etc), they just have to take action.

Just delete them n repeat every few months when they create new accounts to fight again

This is nt unique n Therere hundreds or thousands of such forums worldwide facing the same problem. And no they don't each have 10 moderators cleaning things up 24 hours.

This method of zapping isn't invented here.
It's been in use overseas for some time too.
