In olden times, kings, sultans etc only believe in Royal blood so it wasn't considered sick to them. In Western countries I have heard a lot of this happening and is normal to them.

Aboriginals are one of them that don't give a toss about what you think, they just have sex with one another. Heard of a story of this caucasion brother and sister who done it. Despite people against it they have baby. You know whats more sick? I heard after the sister delievered the baby, the brother visited her and have sex at the hospital and they didn't care if others were watching.

Bottom line is we all have the same genetic pool and all come from a group of people from Africa so no matter what we are still 'inbreeding' in a logical sense.

The problem is incest usually involve a situation where one is able to exert some dominion over the other and subtly influence the other to have consensual relation with him which consent would not under ordinary circumstance be given.
