At lvd fragrance today, the $30 branch. I asked the receptionist if the $20 branch by the main rd was now $30, she said no. So, seems only H81 increased their prices, or maybe fragrance holding back.

That's definitely the case. Cutting down the waiting time is just a load of crap.

If reducing the waiting time was their sole intention, they can always charge $30 from Friday evening to Sunday and during peak hours on weekday evenings; revert to $20 during weekday mornings and afternoons when rooms are easily available. It will still suck but at least i won't have the 'u think i was born yesterday' feeling when their counter staff try to explain the price hike. Just my 2 cents...

just like ERP implement... charge getting high... vehicles need to passby or enter still have to passby and enter... so its rubbish reasons to have price hike... will jam means will jam... budget hotel's business @ geyland kena raid till no business.. everyone book room outside GL... then now price hike @ place got demand and cover lost @ GL's hotel.. that side is going to die off again after world cup....
