Seriously talk though: the Philippines is such a bad place for investment unless you want to launder black money into the "grey" industry with no fear of risk.

I track Philippines business development and commercial real estate as part of my job and it is full of major issues for foreign investors. There are foreigners who can make a living here for sure but overall it is not good for most people with money to invest.

High risk, moderate to low rewards. This is why Chinese investors still stick to real estate and tourism (and related service) industry as investments.

Plus all your gains can wiped out by bureaucratic incompetency or poor infrastructure of the Philippines. I have seen this happen many many times to foreign investors.

Totally agreed. Philippines is far from investment friendly. But I am still studying pig or goats to grow

Change small amount $50 fr sg or at crk airport... For your transport to town and phone card ++

Straightly speaking the term "barfine" referred to the money you pay to the bar to compensate her "early release from work" to become your tour guide.
She "should" understand that the extra services is included without additional cost. But tips are expected.

As for how many shots.. stay till what time... you should negotiate before you make payment.
But depends on your luck and the chemistry with her. She can always said her grandmother is delivering and she need to leave early..

This may be an unpopular opinion but my opinion is that people should not negotiate this. Let it happen naturally because a girl will always let you know if she really wants to stay or if she doesn't or if she wants to really fuck or she doesn't.

Negotiation does not improve the outcome or overall feeling of this experience. If she really doesn't want to stay then fine.. let her go. If you make her stay from obligation then it really sours the experience.

I find that girls that really like you don't need to be convinced much to stay. They will do it automatically or they just ask if you want them to leave..and of course I prefer girls to stay if they are good and they always happily oblige with morning after activities .

I never tip girls who leave or give less than satisfactory experience though.

I did have a pig farm in some province between Iloilo and estancia many years back. Not a good choice.
It was easy cos it was from away from the city, no one minds the dirt and smell. But as it was away from the city, selling the pigs was a big problem, transporting the fully grown 150kg pigs were a BIG headache. Multiple that by the amount of pigs u have.
The feed was expensive, the vaccines were expensive. And you have to have someone who cared enough to wash them down twice a day, more in hot summer days.
The local pork sellers were only able to take 2-3KG of pork a day from u. So you needed to find someone to kill and guy the pigs if u r selling locally.
The big chains can take all 10 pigs at a time, but at a very low price.
They will send a truck to come collect all 10 pigs, bring to the slaughter house, kill and gut the pigs, remove all innards. THEN WEIGH the pigs. YOU ARE ONLY PAID for whatever the meat weighs.so 150kg of pig may only give u 110kg or less. It was a complete rip off, but the easiest way.
So in the end, every harvest u make either very little profit, or very little lost.
Not worth the effort.

This sums up business in the Philippines in a nutshell. It is purposely designed to benefit only the biggest oligopolies who own the means of production, access to supply chain, distribution, and the commercial centers.

So in the end if you are a small supplier or small business owner you are more or less subject to their whims unless you are the 1 in 130 million and find some small niche to grow.

The oligopolies have done tremendous damage to the business environment and potential growth in the Philippines. Not to mention the social cost has been quite high on the local population.

edit: I forgot to mention that even if you are a well established business entity it is also becoming increasingly hard to get good business loans in the Philippines. Philippine banks are another extortionate enterprise run by the same corrupt families who have investments in other aspects of the country.

50,000 as peso

Upto the equivalent of 10,000 $ in other currency

10,000 $ can buy one of this in Philippines. or get you about 4 to 5 acre of farm land .. or a house in some ulu area

Some context will be good, like what are u looking for? Are u the type to make it rain in the bars? Do u have one drink and pick ur lady for the night? Or strictly looking for FLs?

Cause that amount will get you in excess of 50k pesos. Thats a budget of almost 15k pesos a night. To put things in perpective, a lady from the bar would cost u about 3000 pesos.
Food is kinda cheap-ish but i personally cant eat the local food. But 1.5k for food ( lunch and dinner) shld suffice. Even if u drink like a fish in the bars , ur bill shld not exceed 2k. Thats like 20 SMLs.

But 1.5k is more than enough for u to be comfortable with companions every night.

FLs in HiSo can negotiate....so if u take from HiSo, ur cost shld be lower.
Sim Card is cheap as well. And if u only stay around Fields , u can walk to Perimeter...probably 20mins? Trike is another option but that too is kinda cheap.

Roger that ..if you run out. Bite the bullet and use Singapore ATM to withdraw upto 10,000 peso per withdrawal, with 5$ plus another 200 peso surcharge. Remember to enable overseas withdrawal before leaving Singapore.

One way to stretch the dollar is by using credit card for major expenses like hotel. Rest cash.

See the number of brand new Monteros, Lexus 470 (8 mil peso) and more on the roads. Some logic, bank have no problem loaning money for car but try not to loan to farmers and such.

I am looking at something small, like very small, so nobody knows I am even there as I said, the pakistani restaurant owner here promised to buy goats, and .. chicken. as long as goats are sold to him live, so he can butcher, and chicken - organic. Organic chicken supposedly more halal but that is his direction anyway.

additionally, there is some organic farm that is cooperating in no smell pig growing, google for walang amoy

even the goats and all they have - no smell at all. Using enzymes and something. 3 weeks course to learn it. As soon as I get my 4 WD fixed up, let me explore that. the farming training center itself needs 4 WD to reach !!!
