Thats why the best customer service OKT are still 1654A, 1606, 2033, 2062, 2060, 1651 and of course 2831A.

The big time screw up shops in regard to booking is 24M13, 1658A, 16W06, 1805 and now you mentioned 1809! Big time screw up in the sense that after the bloody OKT committed with you on the appointed time over the phone, you can be disappointed as he ends up beh zhun one!!

Another OKT pissed off last time is 1637. When I asked him what time coco is available, he said 15 mins. When I swung by within 15 mins, he said need to wait another 20 mins or so. However, I ended up waiting for 1 hour plus! Chicken damn it!

i must agree ah yap gives very promising word to client if u book a session. cos i once wanna bonk ke er. there is a session booked but there is 30mins buffing time between end of current session to appointment. he oso say cannot, a booking is a booking. thats when he gave me his number and ask me to book b4 come as i go find ke er left with disappointment a few times liao. i think thats the way to do business.

as for the case of 1809, the reason they gave is there are a lot of phone calls. plus i had just recover from flu, cant recongise my voice. well... i accept, will try to book again see if they still screw up my appointment or not.

i must say, i had seen all the gals in this hse with out make-up before now both cat100 and cat150. yst seen the last one; apple. all of them if u seen on street without make-up wont be able to 100% confirm its them. lol... even my fav oso i cant in the begining.

Bruddah, alot of OKT can get piss off when a strange looking and unfamilar guy came in asking this and that, and look around as if he is like looking for suspect in the house and end up never book any WL. Many OKT also dun like to reveal their WL names to strangers for fear that these strangers will try to call the WL from another house. This is what they called "mis-opportunity to earn more money".
