2) the accountant guy ( old man) is the chair man of the MCST. He and HK guy good friend.
3) The HK guy made into MCST, misuse the powers, stop their aircon, cut electricity n water to those units he wanted to buy over. making the owner ta boleh tahan.
4) HK guy be OKT ok, other shops, he hired PI to take photo after special services n force them to close.
5) when his plans to turn the basement into profitable business fail, he wanted to do en bloc, government stepped in n buy over.
