I am not sure which Radisson you will be staying. The one I know is near Han Dan road, not far from Fudan University or near Wu Jiao Chang五角场, at the north eastern part of Puxi, Shanghai. In the vicinity of that hotel, there is really not much action. But nothing can stop you from taking a cab to more central location to have fun. There are many information in this thread, browse through and you will see a lot.

Got 1 gf working sh, she from SiChun. Asking me to sponsor her ticket go back see her parents or wanna come to Sg. I think most bros here encountered such nonsense before.So, how do you guys deal with such thingy, asking money sponsor air ticket etc.?

Wanna ask for a break, but dun wish to make s scene cos i know her other friends and would like to go Sh soon. Any idea? kum sia kum sia.

maybe she is rite leh...the air tix to kunming (provincial capital of yunnan) costs abt 1.5k (after discount + airport tax + fuel surcharge) one way.... I think the range will be ard 1.2k - 1.5k depending on when she travels....on top of that...plus local land transport like taxi / coach / tricycle lah...unless she stays beside the airport.

A one way ticket from Shanghai to Hong Kong cost me RMB3,400 in business class. In economy, I think it is about RMB2,400 one way. Best to look up sites like ctrip.com for airfares and hotels.

You're indeed a Niceman from the way you relate the whole incident to us bros all here.....not being sracastic but truly mean it as you're so nice in treating your GF by stating your intentions on relenting to her demands or threats....

1st of all, when you mentioned that your GF will wanna come to SGP, with her asking for you to "sponsor" her return airfare to visit her folks in Sichuan, is this a THREAT from her to you? Pls clarify. It sounded very much like a THREAT upon you if she don't get her RMB3,000 sponsor airfares from you, she will come to SGP to do something to you...or to your family maybe?

Honestly, if that is what she meant by threatening you in such manner, I would suggest you tell her 'F@#k Off'!!!...........I'm pretty much of a person that won't not take such shit or nonsense from such threats or a person, especially for the very fact that the relationship has been stated clearly from the begining on who she is and how things would be like......terms & conditions applies that is. Unless otherwise stated. Do think it over carefully, as by giving in once, it'll be a 'never-ending' session from then on, with her threatening you every now & then bro.

She going to Yunan to rest due to weak health. Wanna me sponsor her air ticket, but i think is ridiculous to do that since I also wont wish to have lasting relationship with her. She wanna come to Sg during her 1month leave, wanna come here to shop and shop. She crazy and think I a millionaire, pengz. If she comes, of cos, she expecting me to pay for her everything.
