The bosses have a group chat where they learn from each other to maximize their profits. These blood sucker bosses, some even make money from both sides, collect money from employees. The girls get fined if found touching wrong places without paying for the maintenance. Some collect management fees from the girls. Some fine the girls if they don't hit quota. Some even make their girls pay their own hour rate if they want to take off or leave.

Anyway, 94 for 1.5 hours is already one of the lower ones, some charge 113, some 102 etc. If you know any place that doesn't have such nonsense practices, please share.

Renew work permit, agent maybe charge 150, boss say 500, ask the girl pay. Actually it only costs maybe 40 to do it online? All these PRC bosses damn heartless, exploit their staff all the way and try ways and means to make money from everyone.

Yes, it's illegal to fine employees and collect unknown fees from them. Even NTUC kenna for charging some unjustified fees from their employees some years back. I always tell them to make report to MOM if they think it's not fair. Nobody wants to rock the boat while there, but maybe one day those leaving will do so.
