Seems like not all shops are open yet.

I went for a walk around a central/north area with a lot of MPs. Only 2 legit places were opened today, 2 places were permanently shut down (inside all empty), and the rest were still closed.

Perhaps most SPAs caught unaware thinking Phase 3 then open. Need to gather resources back to pre Covid days.

The kovan condo with shops below is in full swing, tons of new shops as well, easily 6-7 stores opened in a row. Got the famous h**tt spa and some smaller ones ran by 1-2 ladies like USSC concept that are all operating and busy trying to get customers

Last night zhun zhun 2359 already got 2-3 shops open . Was jogging near by can see brothers parking their and scanning QR and cheong in. Good thing with masks can see that no more evasive , walking very openly.

really to be rant this out.
today went for a massage by a regular. got this uncle come in dont know how to scan to check in, the ml teach him also dont want to scan until lan lan in the end still scan in.. in the room talk very loud and keep boosting he go paya lebar and many other places for FJ during the Cb.. to the point i felt uncomfortable and cut short my massage.

The few on its own along MacPherson are open, Dunlop st area has a few open. The few at Selegie area closed down. Opposite textile centre area also got a few that’s open. Not sure about services..
